Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for purchasing of services and goods; vendors sourcing and evaluation
  • Negotiating and preparing contracts and invoices
  • Contacting clients for payment resolution
  • Negotiating payment arrangements
  • Recording and reconciling payments
  • Resolving payment discrepancies
  • Maintaining billing accounts and records
  • Producing reports as required by management
  • Assisting with collections
  • Assist with payroll and employee’s compensations
  • Other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, finance or another related field. 
  • Experience in financial and administrative fields;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows Office software
  • Proficiency in spoken, written Azerbaijani and English
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
