Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
  • Research and analysis of competitors. Conducting marketing research to identify trends and customer habits. Maintaining internal communication of the company. Posting, updating news on social networks, responding to customer inquiries. Setting goals and objectives to reach our clients through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional). Increasing brand awareness through marketing efforts. Creation of marketing materials for social networks. Analyze marketing data including campaign results, conversion rates and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Supervising photographer and videographer, working with bloggers. Full branding of menus, all printed materials, post-production supervision.
  • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
  • Review and approve final bluelines or proofs to ensure complete accuracy before files go to print
  • Organize, archive and keep assets up-to date
  • Create original broadcast design projects in their entirety (concept development, storyboard/animatic design, full production of animations) with deadline responsibility
  • Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, printing companies and colleagues as necessary.

Requirements:

  • BA degree in marketing or a related field
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels
  • Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends with a command of each network and their best practices
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijan, Russian and English
