ACE Forwarding LTD is International Moving & Freight Forwarding company is looking for experienced employee to fill in Logistics Co-coordinator vacancy. We specialize in Freight forwarding and Logistic services and seeking for person proficient and experienced in following areas:
• Multimodal/Air/Truck/Ocean/Ferry freight organization.
• Firm knowledge of declaration compounds, Customs clearance processes for PSA and NON PSA companies.
• Communication with customs officers, knowing customs code and legislation.
• Quotations, prices formation, sales-understanding and familiar with general carriers, routings, transit times, transportation processes.
• Accurate and informative reporting, correspondence and negotiations with clients, managers and team members.
• Some supervisory/management level experience in a team environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, tactful and persuasive.
• Ability to work odd hours and overtime if required.
Languages: Fluent English/Russian/Azerbaijani
Computer: Computer literate, excellent user of MS Office programs and easy adapting to new computer software.
Candidate should understand customer service standards in specific area of Logistics and Freight have excellent self-organization and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, motivated and able to manage diverse multiple tasks.
