Strategic Marketing Manager

Requirements

Degree:University degree in marketing
Experience: min. 3 year in Azerbaijan.
Language: Azeri, English, Russian
Computer knowledge:MS Office

Skills

Strategic marketing managers must be innovative, organized and energetic. They should be motivated and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Most also need to have an understanding of graphic design, local trade law (for production & import) , market reseach and development as well as the methods of promotions and advertising. Also, in most cases, strategic marketing managers must have a thorough knowledge of various computer programs and software related to their industry. In the event they manage a staff, they need to own basic leadership skills as well.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create marketing plans geared toward end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy and targets.

2. Work with the sales department to develop new ideas for reaching end user. Also will be responsible for train sales force to execute sales model.
3. Communicate to rest of marketing team about new innovations and how they can be used to leverage marketing efforts.
4. Coordinate all brand marketing activities with other departments and third parties
5. Creating and managing segment specific strong communication plans
6. Manages and organizes product launches
7. Analyzing market insight and developing action plans
8. Project management - Advertising, media planning, PR development - Data analysis & interpretation - Agency communication
9. Involve key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and report results once completed.
10. Preparation & delivery of marketing plan within key objective.
11. Events planning, organization and execution.
12. Copy writing of articles, marketing materials etc.
13. Liaison with media and publishers as required.
14. Ensuring that all marketing materials do no deviate from the established.
15. Brand image of the business.
16. Market research and competitor analysis.
17. Maintains up to date with professional sector news.
18. Supporting the development of the website.
19. Focus on both business growth and client retention.
20. Use email, ad words and other electronic marketing techniques to inform customers of new products and generate sales.
21. Liaise with Events Coordinator to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display/demo, producing delegate inserts, etc.
22. Where appropriate, attend key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups.
23. Keep website up to date as necessary using the internal web administration tools.
24. Where possible, cross market and raise the profile of the other products and services
25. Perform market research to assess viability of potential new products and to measure success of recent campaigns.
26. Develop business strategies and achieve performance targets.
27. Generate leads for products and services.
28. Attend to customers’ queries and provide appropriate solutions.
29. Develop strategies and deliver excellent sales and after-sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention
