Job Duties:

• Responsible for initial screening of TAR work orders, identification of scope, and analysis of required level of planning.
• Conducts field walk downs to identify and document job requirements
• Identifies specific safety hazards that will be encountered in the performance of the proposed work
• Develop detailed work- pack for execution of the task, which is including but not limited to: wringing procedures, tasks and job, plans, estimates required hours on work order tasks, total work order duration, and skills required to perform the task, identifying or ordering required spares, identifying required technical support to implement tasks, including contractors, raising call-off with the contractor companies, procures equipment and specialized tools required to perform work
• Plans TAR jobs with appropriate level of detail for the given skilled trades workforce
• Determines and includes QA/QC requirements on jobs
• Gathers necessary engineering or technical documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Writes clear and concise work procedures for TAR activities
• Determines and arranges for parts required to perform the work (when no expediter exists) 
• Plans parts for all projects to increase “wrench time” and maximize efficiency
• Compiles information into a job package that is ready for skilled trades – clearly communicates with skilled trades regarding critical steps in the process.
• TAR Schedule creation / Update and comparison of actual work performed with the master program.
• Identifying activities that affect the TAR schedule's critical path and determining corrective actions
• Prints and delivers TAR work orders to the skilled trades in conjunction with the work schedule
• Upon completion of jobs, communicates with skilled trades regarding ideas and procedures that would make future jobs more efficient.
• Coordinates priority setting with the management team – places specific emphasis on obtaining the input of operations personnel in the setting of priorities 
• Keeps bills of materials current
• Can accurately measure the maintenance backlog in its various forms and continually maintains not less than 2 weeks’ worth of ready backlog always
• Responsible for equipment and repair parts data entry and management 
• Ensures all TAR work orders and maintenance log items are closed when work is finished.
• Reporting on the status of TAR activities.
• Preparation and implementation of lesson learned document.
• Participates in outage planning activities such as scope identification and control, scheduling, coordination, risk assessment, execution, and continuous improvement
• Communicates with contractor resources directly on specific work orders assigned to the contractors and the performance expectations of the work order. Does not manage the contractors, but ensures that all the details of the work order are clearly communicated and understood 
• Participates with Reliability Department personnel on improvement projects, particularly when they are related to the proactive maintenance plan

Requirements:

Functional:

• To review notifications  raised (for qualitative filling out)
• Create TAR maintenance orders
• Plan labor and materials required to execute TAR works
• Maintenance orders management & to make sure that all types of orders are closed in time
• Communicate work planning package information to maintenance supervisors
• Review TAR work orders feedback information to improve future planning efforts
• Facilitate TAR meetings (weekly, monthly)
• Tracking material/spare parts/consumables delivery
• Create and maintain preventive/predictive maintenance (ppm) tasks/orders via SAP to be used in the scheduling process. 
• Communicate with maintenance, operations on frequent basis
• Recording performed activities
• Requesting and delivering materials thru work orders
• Tracking work history
• Tracking equipment performance via orders
• Tracking maintenance costs
• Prepares job plans for scheduling, detailing parts, materials, special tools, external services and documentation with planned costs

Education and experience:

• Minimum 3-years work experience in operations field (petrochemical preferable)
• Minimum 5-years work experience in TAR Planning
• Experience with SAP/CMMS systems
• Experience with Primavera P6
• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani and English
