Job Description:

  • Communicate with current customers to develop new income streams especially provide Joint Venture/ Consortium solutions for construction projects.
  • Support and coordinate Bid Preparation procedures (from A to Z) for IFI funded infrastructure projects in various countries. 
  • Carrying out country research to determine local contractors, financiers, banks, employers as well as active, passive, and upcoming infrastructure project in various countries.
  • Carrying out company research to determine their current and past activities, financial statements, and organizational developments.
  • Keeping track of the documentation flow between our clients, technical office, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Preparing and translating texts and letters to maintain communications between our clients and other stakeholders.
  • Attending industry events to network with potential clients and partners
  • Developing and managing relationships with existing clients to ensure retention of business
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their needs, desires, and concerns, then presenting solutions to meet those needs

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of English, Russian.
  • A bachelor's degree diploma or higher.
  • Experience and knowledge in the construction/finance industry is an advantage
  • Flexible with business travels to various countries
  • Excellent communication, research, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Proficient use of MS Office
