UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Working with data scientists, data engineers, and STEM engineers to deliver analysis/solutions aimed at underlying business objectives
• Creation and verification of product assumptions
• Setting and tracking product or functional indicators (metrics)
• Creation of Persona, User Road Map, Empathy Map
• Preparation of surveys in accordance with research prediction
• Creation of user flow
• Installation of information architecture (IA) (Structure, navigation)
• Creation of interface screens (Web)
• Creation of a full-fledged prototype of product or functionality
• Usability testing, analysis of results and reporting
• Establishment of business solutions with product leaders, engineers and other cross-functional and Agile-based teams based on data and research results

Technical Skills:

• More than 1 year experience in creating user experience and interface
• Basic knowledge of interface design: Typography, color, grid, gems, composition, etc.
• Key knowledge of Accessibility
• The ability to work with Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite tools
• The ability to work with UI Kit Design
• Basic Knowledge of Agile Approach
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate level

• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Efficient time management

Terms and conditions:

• Part-time job (5 days a week, flexible 4 hours per day) 
• Contract duration – up to 3 months
• Salary: 500-750 AZN
