Job description:
- Collecting industry and market data to conduct market and industry research.
- Assisting the investment team in appraising new investment opportunities and deal origination.
- Assisting the investment team in due diligence and execution of new transactions.
- Preparing investment committee memoranda.
- Supporting portfolio operations team in the management and oversight of one or more portfolio companies.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant area, master degree is an advantage;
- A post-graduate qualification (CFA, ACCA) is desirable.
- 2 year of professional experience in the field;
- Understanding of Financial Analysis, Valuation and Business Modeling
- Strong financial modelling skills together with a high degree of proficiency in using MS Excel.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an asset.
