Main duties to be performed:

  • Answer and address incoming phone calls in professional manner;
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges
  • Photocopying and scanning of documents; 
  • Inventory registration;
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail, organize courier deliveries;
  • Keep the reception area tidy;
  • Ensure all relevant files and documents are updated;
  • Contact IT, maintenance service, etc. for any repair issues, etc.;
  • Ensure vendors for stationary and household supply orders are chosen based on Procurement & Logistics procedures in terms of cost, quality and service;
  • Ensure stationary and kitchen stock is kept at the proper level, refill the stock on a monthly basis following the required approval procedure;
  • Ensure purchase orders are issued on time, delivery notes are received, checked and filed.

Main Requirement to the candidate:

  • Higher Education
  • Previous relevant experience is preferred
  • Good written and verbal English, Azerbaijani, Russian
  • Computer knowledge (Office programs)
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive thinking.
