Job Title: Merchandising Representative
Location:  Baku, Azerbaijan

• To organise, run, control and evaluate merchandising activity on the local regional basis, logistics and stocks of POS related materials as well as incentives.
• To establish and control the process of the above materials flow control, legal and technical support in co-operation and co-ordination with all involved departments.

Principal Accountabilities

• Order POSM and supporting materials through the central office in accordance with regional needs and requirements.
• Control on distribution of POSM and related materials from the central office to the cities within the region.
• Local stock tracking, POSM usage and utilisation control.
• Install POSM according to the corporate rules, strategies and programs. Support and supervision of agencies involved.
• Contracting the outlets ( agree, provide contract detail, sign in the outlet)
• Submission of contract non-complain form and its proper track, where necessary.
• POSM quality evaluation and regular feedback regarding modernisation and optimisation opportunities.
• Local merchandising projects development: evaluation, preparation, supply and realisation.
• Ensuring presentable condition, lightning, planograming and tidiness of the units in the outlets.

Knowledge, Skill & Experience

• 2-3 years experience in sales/marketing of a FMCG company.
• Knowledge of POS materials.
• Technical production / merchandising background is an advantage.
• Open-minded, good communicator.
• Computer skills and driving license are necessary.
