Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all food and beverage activities, including conference and banqueting
2. Manage, motivate and organise the department
3. Develop food and beverage concepts
4. Determine needs for training and implement training within own department
5. Budget planning and follow up
6. Maintain and further develop the standards of operation

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English & Turkish or English & Russian, both written and oral
2. Experience from a similar position or equivalent
3. Relevant business education and preferably international experience
4. Result oriented individual who gets things done
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative
7. Outgoing, dynamic and sales focused
8. Business oriented and a natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
9. Mid market chain hotel experience would be a great asset
10. Strong operational knowledge and ‘hands-on’ approach
11. Candidate should have single status
