Responsibilities:
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Build an inbound marketing plan
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
- Ongoing creatve design and production associated with ongoing A/B testing
- Assists in the execution and deployment of the graphic production life-cycle from project turnover to live-and-on-website of various projects and visual designs
- Create and maintain monthly digital site map
- Lead the creation of the first comprehensive digital brand guidelines. This will serve as a key document to lead future work across all platforms, focused on web and mobile
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Knowledge of Marketing Platforms: Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Google Ads; Remarketing Tools, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Optimize for UX, Semrush, Mailchimp;
- 3 years of experience in related field;
- Desired skills for digital creative
- Ability to discern creative skills in all aspects of digital and interactive design web content writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian or English
