RECEPTIONIST

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

· Answers, forwards and screens phone calls
· Meets and greets clients and visitors determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
· Deals with queries from the public and customers
· Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
· Provides general administrative and clerical support
· Prepares letters and documents
· Receives and sorts mail and deliveries
· Schedules appointments
· Maintains appointment diary manually or electronically
· Makes arrangements for meetings
· Keeps the reception area tidy

Education Required

· University degree required

Skills and Experience Required

· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
· Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Fluent in Azerbaijani, English (Russian preferable)
