• develop commercial strategy by product, make it transparent via business plan and ensure its implementation;    follow/analyse results
• develop product launch plans
• develop product promotion campaigns
• develop sales training programmes
• initiate market research within the marketing strategy
• do the marketing budgets and follow expenses
• develop promotional materials and ads according to marketing strategy and approved procedures
• develop product forecasting
• to work within a sales team and co-ordinate its work on the correspond products
• to be a driving force for a sales team on the correspond products
• to communicate effectively with other departments (Finance & Distribution)
• to plan and co-ordinate activities with the customers
• to work as a member of GSK on the global regional level

Medical education required as priority.
