Salary range is up to 2200 AZN net depends on skills and relevant experience of the candidate.

Work schedule 8 hrs 5days per week from 09:00- 18:00

Customs Clearance Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of logistics and customs clearance activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Arrange technical specifications for customs clearance of imported goods, if required
• Check of documents required for import customs clearance (shipping invoice, packing list, certificate of origin etc)
• Review and verification of Cargo Declaration issued by Customs
• Collaboration in determination and assignment of HS Code for Import, if required
• Day by day cooperation with Local Forwarder/Customs Broker/Customs authority
• Preparation of customs payments forecast and control of withdrawal flow
• Control all deliveries as inland and well as international in coordination with Logistics Engineer
• Collaboration with Logistics/Procurement team in Milano
• Monitor in/out cargoes in responsible storage area/green corrido
• Update on daily/weekly basis ongoing status of customs clearance, including report of in/out cargoes in responsible storage area to Construction Site
• Preparation of issues correctness of Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports both Customs clearance Status/Register & Transportation
• Attendance to periodical meetings with Client related to Customs activities
• Ability to represent the company with local Customs Authorities
• Ability to work under pressure due to critical demands of Project.Coordination of insurance activities;

Knowledge & Qualifications: University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent

Experience:

• Relevant experience in construction/modernization of oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects large refinery plants;
• At least 3 years of experience in the specific discipline;
• Similar role covered in last three projects of comparable size;
• Experience working on Contractor side.

Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent Azerbaijani and English;
• Good IT and analytical skills;
• Attention to detail, excellent communications skills;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
