Job title: Business Solutions Manager

Position Overview: The Business Solutions Manager represents RCom IT Company. You will play an major role in defining and leading the sales process, poising it for future growth. You will identify, select, and develop new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for winning and retaining new business through networking events, joining associations, connect with decision makers, etc. The Business Solutions Manager is a fast paced and activity driven roll where constant communication with prospects through all modern mediums will be key to success.

Requirements:

• True B2B sales experience, preferably in the ICT field, with a comfort in dealing with small to medium businesses;
• Proven ability to foster strong client relationships;
• Demonstrated success in developing new accounts quickly;
• Proven track record in closing sales and meeting sales targets;
• Strong communication skills--verbal and non-verbal;
• Self-motivated and activity driven;
• Commitment to continuous learning;
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, and Excel;
• Valid Driver’s license;
• Higher education (IT/Economics/Marketing/ is beneficial);
• 1 year of experience in people management;
• English (Upper Intermediate), Azeri and Russian (fluent)

Responsibilities:

• Organization and management of sales: searching potential clients; conduct commercial negotiations with clients on behalf of company; identify the needs of clients in products / services provided by the company and agree the order with client in accordance with its requirements; motivating the clients to work with company; rapid response to information received from clients, and bringing same to attention of department head and related divisions staff responsible for the work with clients;
• Planning and analysis: preparation of quarterly and annual sales plan; submitting reports of work results in accordance with regulations of department and the Company;
• Sales support: receipt and processing of clients orders, coordination and control of necessary accounting documentation related to settlements with clients on products / services assigned to them, as well as assigned to department managers (in case of being outside of the office); implementation of customer support; informing the clients about all price increasing and decreasing, sales promotions; final agreement with client price conditions, delivery dates for products / services; interaction with company units in order to fulfill the dedicated tasks; participation in business meetings; maintaining work records and reports; maintaining active client data in data base; participation in the consideration of received claims and customer complaints; preparation of responses to the received claims, timely assert the claims to consumers in case of them breaking the terms of the agreement.
• Ensure timely flow of funds for the sold products.
