Key Accountabilities:

• Determining and collecting end user requirements.
• Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
• Create 'mood boards' to sample design vision.
• Develop specifications, colors, materials, and finishes per project needs.
• Coordinate and supervise visualization team.
• Researches, plans, designs buildings, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes.
• Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, colors, equipment.
• Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development.
• Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for review and approval.
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
• Perform constructive reviews conforming design to prime contract requirements and proposal commitments.
• Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
• Coordinate with and provide design guidance to the commercial team in the preparation of cost plans based upon outline and conceptual design information.

Essential Education:

• A bachelor’s degree

Essential Criteria:

• 2 years of experience in related field;
• Creative thinking and creative approach;
• Open-mindedness;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages;
• Time management and planning skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work;

Desirable Criteria:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision;
• Motivation for professional development and career growth;
• Good Team player;
• Being self-disciplined: high level of adherence to the company requirements, such as code of conduct, dress code, etc..
