Responsibilities and duties:

  • Assist in analysis and development of a user-generated content strategy based on short- and long-term marketing objectives
  • Translate ready-to-use written content from English into Azerbaijani and vice versa
  • Fulfill website-related technical requests
  • Upload daily written and ready material to the website
  • Develop an editorial calendar to schedule weekly content and determine publication dates
  • Find SEO keywords that are relevant with our tone of voice
  • Evaluate and report the effectiveness of marketing campaign 
  • Conduct competitor analysis on each platform and regularly observe audience identification
  • Constantly track consumer involvement, recommend content suggestions and establish the most critical social media KPIs
  • Provide a calendar of important events which are relevant to showcase ADA branding materials
  • Help with organizing special events designed for increasing a brand awareness
  • Keep up with the latest social media trends, technologies, and tools
  • Maintain social media interaction with followers and users, track the comments
  • Provide the final report of the 'Media Monitoring System' notifications
  • Provide the final report on the effectiveness of boosted posts
  • Complete specific duties assigned by the Marketing manager
  • Help to craft email marketing campaign

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science or Humanities (including, but not limited with the Business Administration, Marketing and Communications); Master's degree in relevant fields and certification on Google Ads are asset
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Communication and Public Relations
  • Fluency in English and Azerbaijani languages, advance knowledge of Russian language is an asset
  • Experience in managing multiple social media accounts
  • Good experience in analyzing data, metric, and consumer behavior trends to compile report and recommendations
  • Basic HTML understanding
  • Solid understanding of Web Analytics tools
  • High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and analytical skills 
  • Strong practical knowledge on local market
  • Capable to maintain a high-level of performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Pay Per Click Best Practices, insight into the keyword strategy, A/B testing, and campaign configuration are asset
  • Acute attention to detail as well as a high-level of motivation, willing to take ownership of certain assigned tasks and complete them under tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality always
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team-up
