Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring effective implementation of the approved annual brand plan for each brand and achievement of target indicators
  • Control and coordination of performance for the implementation of marketing activities in all sales channels
  • Development and approval of a working file for label design, approval of drawings and samples of packaging materials
  • Researching data on the market position of brands, market categories development and key consumer brand indicators (KPI)


  • Education – University degree in Marketing/Economics/Business administration/Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing (FMCG)
  • Fluency in Azeri, Russian; English – at least Upper-Intermediate level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding the 4P principles 
  • Understanding the work principles of media channels, sales channels
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • High communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Team player
