The Business Development Analyst will:
Perform timely analysis of distribution operating results, customer segments and business initiatives.
Perform trend and variance analysis of key operating metrics.
Communicates with clients and co-workers via oral and written communications including presentations regarding recent implementations. Work as a member of a cross-functional team.
Analyze business processes and business rules of current applications to identify opportunities for improvement. Also prepare business cases including cost/benefit analysis for proposed processes.
Understand business needs for translation into technical requirements. Identify solutions to presented business problems.
Create functional requirements documents and user interface specifications, test plans and other documentation as required.
Manage vendor accounts including but not limited to troubleshooting, financial and operational adjustments, user-interface improvement
Requrements:
University Degree (Masters degree in Business or Information Systems is preferred)
Candidate must possess excellent analytical skills and be methodical in solving problems.
Ideal candidate is an active learner who is detail oriented and has excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Understanding on basic marketing, distribution and product development concepts
Candidate must be able to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced MS Office user
Fluency in Russian and English is preferred
Work schedule: 6 days in a week
