Office Manager- Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
- Receiving /sending and sorting daily letters/mail;
- Greeting and welcoming guests;
- Scanning/copying documents for staff;
- Arranging travel and accommodation issues;
- Arranging daily taxi orders and making a daily log of taxi orders;
- Preparing reports, memos, letters and other documents;
- Helping preparation of meetings;
- Other administrative tasks.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as Receptionist, Front Office;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Hands-on experience with office equipment;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Customer service attitude;
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (intermediate) and Russian (fluent)
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook
- Personal skills: Attentive to details, Negotiation skills, Team worker
