Office Manager- Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
  • Receiving /sending and sorting daily letters/mail;
  • Greeting and welcoming guests;
  • Scanning/copying documents for staff;
  • Arranging travel and accommodation issues;
  • Arranging daily taxi orders and making a daily log of taxi orders;
  • Preparing reports, memos, letters and other documents;
  • Helping preparation of meetings;
  • Other administrative tasks.

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as Receptionist, Front Office;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment;
  • Professional attitude and appearance;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Customer service attitude;
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (intermediate) and Russian (fluent)
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook
  • Personal skills: Attentive to details, Negotiation skills, Team worker
