Analyze the corporate strategy and contribute to long-term investment planning (Capital allocation planning) of the Company
Evaluate various investment opportunities by developing and maintaining dynamic financial valuation models
Audit investment theses, valuation models, FEED, and investment memoranda submitted by Business Units within the Investment Governance Framework of the company
Run the process of projects prioritization and CAPEX budget forecasting
Conduct due diligence type exercises for potential target M&A deals
Develop extensive investment presentations, teasers, investment recommendation notes and engage in both buy and sell side negotiations
Audit long-term business plans of the BUs and segments
Job Requirements:
MBA, MSc degree in Economics or Finance
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a related role
Advanced experience in Excel and modeling is required
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of concepts of asset pricing, strategic planning, financial reporting
Strong work ethic, problem solver and multitasking skills
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
ACCA, CIMA, CFA certifications are a strong advantage
