Application & Software support Engineer

Responsibilities will include:
• Engineering and maintenance of Mediation and interconnect & Roaming systems for Telecom operator
• Support of their proprietary solutions within a hosted environment and within service levels
• Incident troubleshooting and investigation of web, software and hardware issues;
• Record incidents and requests accurately and in a suitable timeframe, providing updates to stakeholders per contractual SLA’s

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from computer related engineering departments
- Have experience in mediation, interconnect systems engineering is a plus;
- Business trips will be required;
- Have good personal relationships and communication skills;
- Being fluent in English.
- 2 + years experience in Telecommunication and IT Industry
- Mobile telecommunications industry IT applications knowledge
- Familiarity and preferably hands on experience with: Linux/Unix Windows OS
- Familiarity and preferably hands on experience with: Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, etc.
- Customer-oriented
- DBA skill set would be an advantage
