  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • The physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian, English (fluent)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet

Job description:

  • Assist in the training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
  • Oversee of operations, including wait staff and bussing staff
  • Maintain high-quality food standards
  • Oversee our kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
  • Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
  • Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
  • Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
  • Manage the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
