- The physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong managerial skills
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian, English (fluent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet
Job description:
- Assist in the training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
- Oversee of operations, including wait staff and bussing staff
- Maintain high-quality food standards
- Oversee our kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
- Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
- Manage the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff
Personal qualities:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Acute financial management skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
