• A bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Law with strong academic credentials and approximately 7-10 years of related work experience
• Membership in Azerbaijani Bar Association is preference
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Azerbaijani
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environment and work in different teams
• Developing thought leaderships in Law, build market presence through public events and pursuing new client opportunities
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
