Position:
Sales & Support Engineer

General Remark:
The job description should provide a basis for work and common understanding of the role of Sales and Support Engineer.  Roles and responsibilities need to be developed over time and adjusted to the market needs when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

•        Member of local marketing and sales team
•        Responsible for LP, DM sales and other sales support, orders receive and order handling
•        LP, DM market and new partner’s development as well as  channel partnership, order handling work , tenders preparation and submitting

Main Tasks:

•        Market analysis, Business Plan development and implementation
•         Enhancing and maintaining customer relationships in AZ
•         Building and expanding partner, sub-contractor contacts
•         Customer visits and technical presentations arrangements
•         Developing technical, commercial and financial solutions for customers in AZ
•         Coordination with Company supply units, providing quotations, technical solutions
•         Support successful project implementation in AZ, assist with customer relations, communication, problem solving, payment collection etc.,
•         Reporting to the Company Country Representative Manager
