Pre-Sales Specialist (CCTV and Network)

Key responsibilities:

•  Keep improving knowledge on newly released technology, compatible hardware, or software
• Carry out market demand analysis and refinement to drive product optimization
• Explore new customers and maintain customer relationships in the field
• Support showroom maintenance, exhibitions, and roadshows relating to CCTV and Network equipment products and solutions based on the company’s needs

Required skills:

Technical:

• Relevant experience in the field of Security Video Surveillance (Thermal Imaging) and/or IT
• CCTV system experience - desirable for existing systems and migration
• Experience and knowledge in Passive Network Cabling Infrastructure, CCTV systems, Active Networking, Fiber Optics Technology, and FTTx
• Software/VMS experience and solution design, proposal

Soft:

• Strong presentation skills including MS PowerPoint, leading meetings, customer presentations
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others through your activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication engineering or computer or similar
• 3-5 years of Pre-sales or sales engineering experience
