            Finance Department/Cost Control Specialist

Requirements:
•         High education in Fınance, Economics
•         At least 2 years of experience in audit, cost controlling, finance or accounting
•         Experience in any of Big 4 audit companies is preferable
•         International qualification or at the stage of obtaining qualification is preferable
•         Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (fluent-preferable).
•         MS Office programs: particularly well knowledge of Excel

•         Self-driven and self-motivated person
•         Ability to understand broad business issues.
•         Internal audit experience and/or external auditing experience with a public accounting firm or equivalent experience required.
•         Ability to work independently in a complex cross-functional environment and across all levels of business.
•         Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
•         Excellent consultative and communication skills, with demonstrated expertise in presentational speaking
•         Detail oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, with the ability to adapt to rapid changes.
•         Strict adherence to timelines.
•         Ability to cope under pressure;
•         Planning and organization skills;
•         Negotiation skills and the ability to influence people;
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
•         Performing analysis of the company’s cost structure: Cost center, vendor type, values of transactions, Product, service.
•         Gathering data on units and unit prices and preparing comparative analysis for the purpose of integration of control over the unit price and control over the used quantity; benchmarking
•         Following up the industry trends, assessing the market price of services and other purchases, analyzing price ranges of certain services and equipment.
•         Reconciliation of contractual commitments and expenditures/payments, tracing the initial documents on selective basis if required by line manager
•         Ad hoc visits to Cost Centers/Units and investigation of any suspecious cost drivers
