İşin təsviri
Requirements:
- Having higer education ( in the fields of İndustrial Engineering / Economics / Management );
- Having at least 3 years of experience in planning;
- Having a good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Having analytical thinking skills.
Job descriptions:
- Prepare a weekly,monthly, or annual production plan as part of an approximate plan;
- According to the plan, controlling the timely entry of products into production;
- Propering distribution of existing and newly supplied products in stocks;
- Track the stock of the product produced and provide a production plan for products with declining stock;
- To determine procured products from the domestic and foreign markets according to the approximate orders included in the planning;
- Forming a stock according to the duration and volume of production of imported products;
- Checking whether the required products have been ordered;
- Checking the production of products ordered within the production program;
- Requiring the products which are not in the production program, but urgently need to be produced;
- Preparing a list of products that will be produced during special campaigns;
- Following up on products not manufactured according to the plan given to the factory and clarify the reason;
- Planning for short consumption date products in a way that does not create a surplus;
- Preparing production, sales, return, realization and other necessary reports and submit them to the manager.
