Essential

• Check and control Revenue database to ensure input is correct
• Prepare monthly reconciliation between Revenue database and T&L record to identify late TSs to ensure no missing revenue.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Support Snr Finance Analyst to analyze and book adjustments based on BS reconciliation
• Support Snr Finance Analyst in monthly cost / revenue trend analysis and variance investigation
• Upload month close journals into PSFT
• Run various PSFT reports as required.
• Run on weekly basis AR report to ensure no overdue
• Support Finance Team on daily activities and month close process

Non-essential

• Assist QTC team if required
• Any other tasks as required by Management.

Other:

• Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
• Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.
• Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Finance / Accounting degree

Desired:

• Experience working with PSFT /BP Vendor Portal / Ariba / Backbone is preferable
• Knowledge, Experience, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
• English - fluent (oral & write) (E)
• Experience with world recognized soft wares (People Soft / Oracle is preferable)
• Advanced excel knowledge (E)
• 3+ year experience of work for international companies (E)
• Computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – proficient in Excel (E)
• Good team player (E)
• Good communicator both written and verbal (E)

Working Conditions:

This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.

• Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
• Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
• Work surface is stable (flat)
