POSITION BACKGROUND
Huawei Software Company, the software and services arm of Huawei Technologies, is one of the leading providers of  Value-Added Services worldwide. Huawei Software and core network  product line provides a broad range of end-to-end solutions in more than 130 countries and regions. The range of solutions includes RCS, IPTV, Mobile Music, Mobile Gaming, Mobile Reading, Mobile TV and SDP,BSS/OSS,core network. The position will be a key member of   the VAS solution locally, take the responsibility of the VAS solution presales.

RESPONCIBILITIES
Responsible for the whole Vas projects management and team building.
To coordinate resources among internal departments to ensure the successful project delivery and to maximize the use of resources.
Crises control, quality assurance, conflicts resolve.
Organizes and manages all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
Maintains regular communication with Operator and service provider.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Information or Communication Technology.
2+ years project experience in telecom or internet industry.
Enrich knowledge of  VAS service of telecom industry
Excellent communication skills.
Familiar with SP/CP business processes
Fluent oral and written English, Russian, Azeri.
