Norm Qizildash Cement Factory
Norm LLC is embarking on a construction of Qizildash Cement Plant. The plant will be located in the territory of Garadagh district, one of the most industrial important areas of the country.
The production capacity of 5 000 tons of clinker per day and 2.000.000 tons per year gives the opportunity to become the largest cement production company within the South Caucasus and Caspian Region.
We are currently seeking for a HR Specialist (Organisational Development and Internal Communication)
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
• Lead the development of recruitment strategies that will attract, promote and retain highly qualified, talented and diverse candidates.
• Develop and implement sustainable policies/procedures taking into account localization
• Partner with management team across all departments to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment operation that will meet Company’s growing needs for talent.
Talent Management and Succession Planning
• Design and deliver strategic approach to developing people performance and talent management
• Drive change and performance improvements through cultural initiatives, focused interventions and overall talent management efforts.
Learning and Development
• Lead organizational development efforts, initiatives, and program implementation across all departments of Norm
• Ability to think strategically and align strategic and operational needs with organizational learning and development programs.
• Develop companywide programs to align training and organizational development efforts to achieve strategic and business specific goals.
Human Capital Planning
• Work closely with Head of HR on succession planning activities, such as localization plan for Plant and Head Office.
Internal Communication
• Manage internal communications output
• Prepare strategic internal communication plan for the company
• Work with marketing to publish timely company information, such as memos and company directives
• Ensure internal communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision and mission
• Suggest what information should be presented to employees
• Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education.
• Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives
• To coach Line Manager/Supervisors, helping them prepare for speeches, develop management blog entries and complete other tasks
Requirements:
- University Degree in Human Resources Management and Personal Development, Business Administration (BBA or MBA degree), Social Sciences or Psychology,
- Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in corporate learning & development, organizational development, internal communication and organization effectiveness.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian
- Strategic program development and process improvement skills,
- Innovative thinker,
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work in a high performing work environment.
