Lead Network Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware;
• Perform system maintenance;
• Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks;
• Ensure network security and connectivity;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field of study;
• 2+ years’ experience in a network administration role;
• Strong understanding of computer network infrastructure;
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices;
• Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols;
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019;
• Experience with Load Balancers, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, troubleshooting, and problem resolution;
• Good understanding of Protocols like DNS, DHCP, HTTP, IMAP, POP, SMTP;
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
