Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Marketing/Economics/Mathematics or Finance;
  • Good in communications in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian languages, written and verbal;
  • Minimum 7 years Managerial experience in the field of Sales;
  • Has strong knowledge and network in the FMCG industry is a plus;
  • Strong Leadership: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team;
  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve sales goals;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services against competitors;
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Strong empathy and ability to foster an efficient team.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand client base;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives;
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations;
  • Understand Industry-specific landscapes and trends Develop and implement sales strategies;
  • Prepare operational and financial sales department reports;
  • Oversee the management, hiring, learning, and career development of the sales team;
  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
