Baltika-Baku Brewery is seeking for Channel Marketing Specialist of Sales Department |On-Trade Line.

Working conditions:
Location: Khirdalan, Shamakhi road
Working hours: 40 per a week
Business trips: 4 per a year
Short Job description:
Development, negotiation and coordination of local programs to promote brands ; Work with POSM (Point of Sales Materials); Control of shipment of bonus products and materials as part of activities, timely submission of reports to the accounting write-off products and materials; Implementation and monitoring of maintaining merchandising standards aimed to increase the Sales and improve product mix, timely information to field staff about changing the principles; Participate in the development and implementation of individual projects designed to promote the image of the brand in the channel branding HoReCa.
Requirements:
Higher education (Economy, Marketing, Commercial)
2-3 year of experience in related field On-trade, Trade marketing experience Knowledge of HoReCa inside (as Trade Marketing Specialist, Marketing Specialist of network establishments)
Experience with POSM on-trade Strong Presentation skills Advanced user in Excel Ability to work under stress
Team player
Flexibility
Fluent in Azeri & Russian, upper - intermediate in English
