EXCELSİOR HOTEL BAKU would like to announce the following vacancy opening:

Title: Receptionist/Guest Service Agent

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. He and She must be absolutely versed with the different outlets and facilities available in the hotel and their timings.
2. Always be very courteous, smile and possess a pleasant personality.
3. To be punctual on duty.
4. To be present during working hours at the working area.
5. Demonstrate respect for her colleagues and company.
6. Be well groomed and look the part.
7. Spend as much time as possible in moving around the lobby and meeting the guests.
8. Must have an excellent global/general knowledge which is very essential while conversing with the hotel guest.
9. To deal with any customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
10. To make sure that to be shift reads the log book on every shift every day.
11. To assist all the guests related functions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality.
12. Provide information about guest services to guest.
13. Answer questions about hotel events and activities.
14. Performs any other tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager or Director of Operations and etc.

Knowledge and skill requirements

• university degree
• fluency in Azerbaijani,English and Russian
• at least one year work experience in the similar position
• knowledge of office administration
• excellent interpersonal andteam building skills
• analytical and problem solving skills
• effective organizationalskills
• effective written and oral communication skills
• computer skills
Preferences:
• Female and Male candidates
• Age range 20-30
