Business Processes Specialist
Requirements:
High education;
Process Management – QA qualifications and certification (preferable);
Minimum 3-5 year experience in relevant field (preferable in international work environment);
Experience in quality projects (preferable in Telecom industry);
Experience in implementation of Quality Management systems (in Telecom is preferable);
Fluent Azerbaijani and English, intermediate Russian skills;
Advanced knowledge of MS standard package;
Free of Military obligation;
Required competencies:
Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance Management tools, techniques and procedures;
Proactive;
Strong communication skills;
Energetic;
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develops, implements and supports business process initiatives using standard methodologies;
Establish and/or reestablish with Project policies, metrics, guidelines, templates;
Prioritize projects and ensure consistency with corporate strategies;
Develop customer focus;
Provide guidance, mentoring, training and support;
Provide a watchdog role & mediate conflicts;
Establish a repository lessons learned and best practices;
Regularly report project status;
Investigates and proposes opportunities for process improvement throughout the company;
Manages the documentation, publication and annual review of all business processes, policies and procedures;
Supports and ensures the implementation of new/revised business processes;
Assists and advises the organization in change management activities;
Develops metrics for measuring successful implementation of new processes;
Recommends continuous process improvements;
Ensure all process changes are effectively planned, designed and delivered into production in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner;
Align process map of the company to industry standards using best practices;
Automatize processes using technology where applicable for processing efficiency;
Report process performance by collecting and formulating related data and its impact on business;
