Job title:  Promo coordinator
Reports to: Brand Executive
Function: Brand Marketing

Responsibilities

• Provides input during BTL activity concept preparation
• Selects promo staff (supervisors and promo girls)
• Conducts training for promo staff
• Agrees of activity routes with Area Managers
• Daily meets and controls promo staff
• Consolidates reports received from Supervisors and submits regular updates/reports to Brand Executive
• Regularly checks promo personnel and ensures right brand message delivered to consumers and agreed activity mechanics correctly followed
• Contracts chosen BTL agency, deals with related PR/PO/GRN documentation
• Manages WH utilization (brand part), recon ciliates all incentives and materials for promo; Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Daily visits market and checks/controls activity status, In case of under delivery of planned contacts proposes solution of situation improvement
• Maintains BTL contact database
• Collects and shares information on competitor’s ongoing BTL activities
• Analyzes results of BTL campaigns and prepares post activity evaluation
• Makes call backs and proposes campaign adjustment if needed
• Other brand related tasks

Skills and experience:
• University degree desirably in marketing
• Knowledge of English language is a must
• Good computer skills (office programs)
• Highly organized and accomplished problem solver
• Able to work alone as well as with team
• Detail oriented, good follow up skill
• Having car is a must
