VAS Product Engineer
Responsibilities will include:
      -Engineering and maintenance of Mediation and PRM systems for Telecom operator 

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication or IT;
- Have experience in Billing systems engineering;
- Deep knowledge of OS Linux, SQL, IP networks, Oracle is preferred;
- Business trips will be required;
- Have good personal relationships and communication skills;
- Being fluent in English.
