                Responsibilities:
	- Leading the Advertising & PR unit and being responsable for promo/PR calendar
 
	- Prepare a monthly work plan and monitor its implementation
 
	- Prepare relevant reports and analyzes
 
	- Develop the company's PR and advertising strategy
 
	- To form a positive opinion about the company among the society and employees.
 
	- Supervise feedback from the target audience.
 
	- Prepare advertising of brands represented by the company and control their advertising in the media.
 
	- Prepare the company's advertising and PR budget.
 
	- Supervise the organization of press conferences, briefings as well as interviews between managers and the media.
 
	- To analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and advertising.
 
Requirements:
	- Proven managerial experience in advertising, marketing or similar fields
 
	- Strong experience in creating and coordinating successful promo and PR campaigns
 
	- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company’s spokesperson
 
	- Creative thinking, analytical ability and project management skills
 
	- Team management skills
 
	- Ability to foster long-term relationships with key partners
