Responsibilities:

• Leading the Advertising & PR unit and being responsable for promo/PR calendar
• Prepare a monthly work plan and monitor its implementation
• Prepare relevant reports and analyzes
• Develop the company's PR and advertising strategy
• To form a positive opinion about the company among the society and employees.
• Supervise feedback from the target audience.
• Prepare advertising of brands represented by the company and control their advertising in the media.
• Prepare the company's advertising and PR budget.
• Supervise the organization of press conferences, briefings as well as interviews between managers and the media.
• To analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and advertising.

Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience in advertising, marketing or similar fields
• Strong experience in creating and coordinating successful promo and PR campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company’s spokesperson
• Creative thinking, analytical ability and project management skills
• Team management skills
• Ability to foster long-term relationships with key partners
