Contract assistant (Contract Support Office Dept)
Job Responsibilities
1. To monitor and manage contract fulfillment status information, supporting information inquiry and contract deviation issues handling, providing one-stop information service from PO to cash.
2. To manage the contract change management, claim management, risk management, contract close, and act as customer interface.
3. To be responsible for representative office’s billing management, including establishing and maintaining billing plan, managing the collection and matching relative delivery documents, ensuring the promptness and accuracy of supporting data in account receivable and revenue recognition.
4. To identify the contractual clauses to be improved and participate in pre-sales negotiation to avoid further risks.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in computer, telecommunication, electronics, or engineering field, economics, international business, international trade, law, English being used as working language is a must.
2. At least one years’ experience in business management, contract management, project cost control, project management or equivalent. Or relevant industry sales, contract business, law, international trade.
3. Well understanding of common law or case law, or other international contract terms and conditions such as FIDIC. Knowledge in telecom sector would be a priority selection.
4. Excellent in organizing, coordinating and communication. Team player and willing to work hard.
5. Overseas working experience or acceptance of oversea residence would be a priority selection.
