RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize, control and perform receipting and shipping procedures of the items in warehouse.
• Organize delivery/shipment of the goods to Customers/ Service Technicians/Branches due to the shipping list created by Counter/System.
• Ensure the items stored according to the CAT storage process and contamination control program.
• Control checking of the returned parts from customer and workshop for receipting them to inventory if approved by Parts Division Manager.
• Arrange with the forwarder’s shipments of the goods to the customers/branches/projects.
• Organize and perform the periodical and year end count.
• Give the required information, reports, developments and arising problems related to the mentioned tasks and responsibilities to the superior office.
• Fill and preserve all kinds of required documents, contracts, reports and other papers.
• Pack items in a methodical way.
• Perform other tasks specified in the procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• College Diploma or graduate pursuing a Degree in Economics, Logistics or related fields.
• The ideal candidate will need proactivity and enthusiasm for work in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
• The ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team.
• Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills.
• Must be a self-started and highly motivated.
• Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for deliver the best employee experience.
• Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani and English, Russian is preferred.
• Excellent computer literacy with capability in email and MS Office.
• Local candidates strongly preferred.
