

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
• ATL – on the markets where ATL is applicable, ensure documents flow for OOH & print waves, co-ordinate program approvals with Brand Executive, providing inputs to agency, follow pre and post implementation
• BTL – verify allocation of POSM, 1-2-1 activities, ensure delivery in line with set deadlines and in co-ordination with involved parties
• Monitor and report brand expenditure to ensure spend does not exceed that authorised within the brand plan
• Ensure cost estimates, invoices and attachments flow through the system and are properly tracked
• Ensure BSE reporting is done on regular basis and upon Marketing Finance requests
• Maintain and regularly update Brand files
• Assist in preparation brand related presentations (in line with EMF2 process)
• Assist in analysing of marketing research data to ensure brand issues are understood and corrective action identified
• Support all brand activity in line with brand strategy and corporate guidelines - planning, execution and evaluation activities
• Actively monitor agency to ensure the quality of activities and that they are to cost and to agreed timescales
• Handle communication between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Nexus Team, CORA/Legal, Procurement, Finance to ensure the cycle plan is effectively executed
Knowledge and Skills
• Marketing background is an advantage
• Strong numerical skills and experience with data processing
• University degree is an advantage
• Fluent English
• Mature MS Office package user: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
