Requirements:


High Education in Telecommunication or IT field, courses completed on relevant field;
At least 3-5 years experience in IP Communication;
Professional IP technologies skills;
Theoretical GSM skills:
Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani – fluent, English and Russian –intermediate level;
Excellent MS Office skills;
Free of military obligation;
Driving license preferable;

Ability to plan daily tasks in order to provide stable IPBB Network
Analytical thinking;
Iniciativeness to solve network problems;
Ability to create mutual connection between different data and IP networks;
Eager to learn and develop, to be ready for tasks;

Job Description:

To lead and motivates Transmission team;
Effectively utilizes the resources in the team;
Define and monitor with CNO manager the team Key Performance Indicators;
Coordinates tasks & cooperate closely with other teams as well as to contribute to network rollout;
Ensures the implementation and development of the rules and procedures related to the activity of the teams, ensuring their respect to business process and company rules;
Ensures the implementation and follow directions of CNO manager for development of the preventive and corrective maintenance processes concerning Transmission network;
Analyzes and provides solutions to the problems encountered on the network;
To contribute to acceptance of new installed sites, nodes, equipment;
Verifies the implementation of solutions to problems encountered during preventive and corrective maintenance;
Ensures the follow-up of the action plan of the team;
To review of initiated or initiate work orders and implement approved work orders;
Defines the requirements and rules for safety work;
Coordinates the actions between the various teams of the CNO;
To make regular meetings with team on base of operational needs and to get case solution according to SLA defined timeframe;
Ensures the implementation of the maintenance contracts, in particular the follow-up of the problems on the network with the maintenance subcontractors and suppliers;
Regular controlling of network KPI’s and to start immediate investigation for root cause and initiate action plan for improvement of worth KPI;
To be responsible for Transmission network uptime per site according to company defined target;
To be responsible for Transmission network failures/problems solution according to company defined target;
To give suggestions for OPEX saving;
To prepare and verify training plan for team members;
To prepare and ensure up to date of related network passports and diagrams;
Identifies and implements changes for improving the operational efficiency of the team;
To be in close contact with Network Monitoring Centre for problem solution, responsible network elements uptime and team work efficiency increment;
Ensures full backup know how for each task and activity in the team;
To ensure needed spare part capacity to support continues uptime of the Transmission network;
Ensures 24h/7d on-call availability of the Transmission maintenance staff;
