Requirements:

Higher education (Technical).
Experience in telecommunication.
Practical & theoretical knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE wireless network (BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, BSC, RNC, iManager )
Experience in wireless network analysis and implementation.
Wireless equipment knowledge.
Capable of working in team environment with positive attitude.
Strong analytic skills.
Capable of learning new technologies.
Possibility to work overtime, ability to work under pressure and meets deadlines.
Willing to travel when necessary.

Job Description:

Responsible for Wireless network maintenance 24/7.
Achieve SLA/KPI goals.
Optimize Work Flow (Integration, Problem Escalate).
Coordinate the planned outages and hazardous conditions according to laid down procedures.
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the network elements.
Responsible for implementation of solutions to problems encountered during preventive and corrective maintenance.
Responsible to provide technical support to Field Maintenance Engineers 24/7.
Service configurations.
Software and hardware upgrade.
Make sure the team response, escalate, restore and resolve times are matching SLA agreement.
