Position: After-sales Technical Engineer

Requirements:

1. Candidates should be familiar with TCP/IP,GSM/WCDMA/LTE basic technology.
2. Familiar with LINUX.
3. Degree in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent;
4. More than 1 year’s experience in telecom industry;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
7. Proficiency in English.

Responsibility:

1. Being responsible for project implementation and product maintenance;
2. Providing guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementations;
3. Leading and co-operating with the team to continuously enhance and improve the
support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.
