 Billing & Charging Services Unit

This section operates within the Department of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and carries out the function of the operational support of billing systems and ensures uninterrupted operation of these systems. New Services and Tariffs Group has been operating within this section. MO takes part in the creation of new services offered to subscribers and carries out all tariff changes

Key Responsibilities

•Programming (Algorithm creation, coding, testing, debugging, specification creating)
•Performing quality assurance, documentation  and functional testing.
•Preparation of reports in all responsible spheres

Required Skills and Experience

•University education in technical majors
•Strong knowledge of Java, C/C++
•Knowledge of SQL, RDBMS
•Minimum of 3 years of work experience in core programming in application development
•Language skills: Azerbaijani - fluent, Russian & English - upper intermediate
