The main responsibilities for the position are:
• Properly answer tellephone calls
• Work with incoming and outgoing faxes
• Deal with courier companies
• To provide assistance with office mailing and courier deliveries
• To perform basic word processing activities
• To co-ordinate office transportation with office driver and taxi company
• To perform other administrative or office duties or projects as required or as assigned by Office Manager or any other Manager
Requirements for the position are:
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English, both writing and spoken (upper intermediate level)
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Good communication and presentation skills
