Requirements (only male candidates):

Education- university degree (preferable telecommunication)
Work experience-  at least 3 years in telecom company   as project manager
Knowledge- project management basic concepts, risk management, excellent communication and presentation skills
Languages - English, Azeri, Russian
Job description
Manager customers contract, solve technical  issues, manage subcontract staff.
Ensure timely Subcontractor bid documentation compilation, solicitation, receipt and evaluations.
Liaise with relevant internal departments on proposals issues
Liaise with bidders during proposal process

Responsibilities: 

Manage Subcontractor staff
Deal with Customer
Finalization of Subcontract documents
Work with commercial and contractual matters in relation to Subcontracts
Identify, evaluate, prepare and subsequent agreement of Subcontract work scope changes
Develop and update cost forecasts for input to Cost Controls Manager
Conduct meetings with Subcontractors where contractual and administration items are discussed
Provide input to Project weekly/ monthly reports
Liaise as necessary with Project Contract Engineers
Monthly Salary depends on candidates’ level of experience.
