Regulatory Affairs Officer for Azerbaijan based in Baku

Job description/responsibilities:

To provide regulatory affairs service in order to support the timely development and marketing of the company’s medical products while ensuring the continuing enhancement of the company’s ethical image.

• To ensure effective liaison with the Registration Department of Head office to ensure the timely execution of product registrations, extensions of indications and data sheet changes
• To supervise the constitution and follow up of the products’ files
• To be the principal contact on all matters with Analytical Expertise Center for Medicines of the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan
• To prepare and propose to the international regulatory affairs manager the products registration plans

Basic Requirements:

• University degree in medicine or pharmacy
• Fluent knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English
• Computer literacy (MS Office programs)
• Working experience in regulatory affairs would be a great advantage
